From July 16th to 19th, 2025, the 22nd National Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing Academic Exchange Conference, hosted by the Chinese Nursing Association, was grandly held in Nanchang. ‌

Under the theme "Breaking New Ground • Gathering Wisdom and Talents • Connecting to the Future," the conference brought together over 2,000 nursing experts from China and abroad. ‌12 In-depth professional discussions were conducted through plenary academic lectures and three dedicated sub-forums: "Wound Specialty Development," "Ostomy and Continence Specialty Development," and "Care • Cognition • Essence." ‌Over 1,500 nursing professionals from 31 provinces and municipalities across the country participated in this grand event to collaborate on disciplinary advancement. ‌

As a benchmark enterprise in wound care, SLK medical's Silicone Foam Dressing attracted significant attention with its triple advantages:

  • Foaming Technology:‌ Dynamically adjusts exudate absorption efficiency to maintain an ideal moist wound environment.
  • Silicone Adhesive Layer:‌ Enables pain-free dressing changes, reducing the risk of skin trauma.
  • Multi-Scenario Adaptability:‌ Suitable for complex wounds like pressure injuries and postoperative infections.

At the conference, the " Wound Care Knowledge Challenge" specially set up at the SLK medical booth became a highlight activity. The competition covered fundamental wound care knowledge (e.g., moist wound healing theory, pressure injury staging management) and product features (e.g., foaming technology, silicone adhesive advantages, applicable wound types). Attendees participated by scanning QR codes, with over 500 cumulative online quiz attempts.  This event not only deepened professional exchange but also received high praise from participating experts and peers, fully demonstrating SLK medical's professional influence in the field of wound care.

The 2025 National Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing Academic Exchange Conference has concluded successfully! We sincerely thank the Chinese Nursing Association for establishing this high-level academic exchange platform, providing industry colleagues with a valuable opportunity for in-depth dialogue and knowledge sharing. ‌At the same time, we extend our most sincere gratitude to all the experts, scholars, and peers who honored us with their guidance and enthusiastic participation! We look forward to reuniting with everyone at the grand conference in 2026 to explore new developments in nursing science and jointly propel the progress of the industry!
